**Project Lead - Advisory Services:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead - Advisory Services to join our team at Agility. As a key member of our Transaction Services department, you will be responsible for leading advisory services projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities include:**

  • Creating and implementing project plans, including setting targets and deadlines.
  • Delegating tasks effectively to departments best positioned to complete them.
  • Maintaining project procedures and ensuring all team members adhere to them.
  • Managing internal communication and project information sharing between departments.
  • Coordinating project changes internally and with stakeholders.
  • Making informed decisions when faced with multiple options.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and PMO Head.
  • Acting as a point of contact for functional team members working on assigned projects.
  • Conducting quality control checks throughout project development.
  • Adjusting project schedules and targets as needed.
  • Hosting regular project meetings with the team and managers.
  • Providing feedback, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Ensuring timely completion of projects, adhering to scope, budget, and deadline requirements.
  • Collaborating with external vendors and partners as required.

**Qualifications include:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or law, with training in project management.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex advisory services projects on time and within budget.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification is an asset.
