Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Contract: Conduct feasibility studies, develop cost plans, and estimate project costs.
- Tender Services: Prepare bills of quantities, analyze tenders, and negotiate contracts.
- Post-Contract: Manage contract documents, attend commercial meetings, and provide cost reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in Cost X and Measurement is essential.
- FIDIC Contracts experience is preferred.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2-3 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
- Consultant and/or client background for a minimum of 1-2 years.
- Knowledge in QS software CATO or similar is required.
