Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, and managing the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Leadership

    Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team, ensuring the effective execution of operational plans and objectives.

  2. Operational Efficiency

    Develop and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

  3. Team Management

    Manage and lead the operations team, ensuring proper training, adherence to standards, and a positive, collaborative work environment.

  4. Communication and Collaboration

    Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations, maintain clear communication, and promptly resolve operational issues.

  5. Compliance and Risk Management

    Ensure compliance with regulations and policies, implement and monitor safety protocols, and conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

  6. Resource Management

    Manage resources to optimize productivity and reduce costs, oversee facilities, and develop and manage the operational budget.

  7. Reporting and Documentation

    Maintain accurate operational records, prepare reports, and ensure documentation compliance with regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Master preferred) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Professional Certification is preferred.

Previous experience in the manufacturing or water sector is preferred.
