We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician to join our team at Carrier Global Corporation. As a Senior HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance tasks on HVAC and chiller systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC and chiller systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions or performance issues in HVAC and chiller systems.
3. Carry out repairs, replacements, or adjustments to restore system functionality.
4. Address emergency repair calls promptly and efficiently.
5. Analyze HVAC and chiller systems to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.
6. Recommend and implement system upgrades or modifications to reduce energy consumption.
7. Ensure that systems comply with energy efficiency standards and regulations.
8. Handle refrigerants safely and in accordance with EPA regulations.
9. Perform refrigerant recovery, recycling, and charging procedures.
10. Maintain accurate records of refrigerant usage and disposal.
11. Prepare detailed service reports, work orders, and equipment documentation.
12. Communicate maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment conditions to supervisors and clients.
13. Maintain an inventory of spare parts and necessary supplies.
14. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
15. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations, safety codes, and best practices.
16. Participate in safety training and maintain required certifications.
17. Interact with clients, building occupants, or facility managers in a professional and customer-focused manner.
18. Respond to inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests with attentiveness and clarity.
19. Provide advice and recommendations for HVAC and chiller system maintenance and performance improvement.

• 8-10 years' experience in maintenance in HVAC and chiller systems.
• Excellent Arabic and English writing skills.
• Mechanical Engineering degree.
