  • Financial and Commercial Acumen: Ability to make informed financial decisions, drive commercial processes, and ensure project cost performance.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, develop strong working relationships, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Degree in Engineering Required: A degree in engineering is essential for this role, as is a total of 20 years' experience and 10-15 years' offshore experience.
