Job Description:

Sales Service Delivery Manager

As a Sales Service Delivery Manager, you will establish professional relationships with customers to understand their needs and suggest products and/or services that meet those needs. You will also support business development activities for prospects within defined customer segments to support the company's business strategy.

  1. Prospect bid opportunities, participate in the preparation of bid responses, and negotiate with potential customers.
  2. Develop new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
  3. Identify prospective target accounts and present them to the sales business development team.
  4. Pursue personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
  5. Work towards achieving assigned order intake targets in New Service Agreement & Service Repairs categories, adhering to company Finance, Ethics, and Sales Policies.
