About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated WHS Coordinator to drive health and safety across our fulfillment center in Riyadh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading site-specific WHS initiatives, promoting a safe culture, and conducting regular safety audits.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead site risk assessment for current and new activities.
  2. Establish site WHS training matrix and lead its implementation.
  3. Implement site WHS objectives and programs.
  4. Promote a safe culture among employees by providing daily WHS content to shift briefings.
  5. Perform frequent site safety audits to identify non-compliance equipment and/or processes.
  6. Attend to incidents and occupational injuries cases on site.
Desirable Skills

You will need:

  • Strong communication, teamwork, analysis, judgment, and customer focus skills.
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
  • Experience leading and managing a team.
  • Ability to analyze accident data, new processes, and machinery for potential safety concerns.
