Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy aligned with business goals
  • Manage the execution of the recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and HR professionals on recruitment and employment data
  • Develop and manage departmental SOPs, policies, procedures, processes, structure, and SLAs
  • Establish and monitor Talent Acquisition KPIs to ensure achievement of set targets
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Excellent communication, strategic mindset, and leadership skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
