About the Job

As a Brand Performance Specialist at Amazon, you will be responsible for collaborating with key retail functions such as Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Marketing to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering fields or Supply Chain with an excellent academic background. 0–4 years of experience in Key Accounts Management, Project Management, Customer-Facing Roles, or Commercial Roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Strategic Plans: Develop and implement strategic plans to boost your brands' performance.
  • Work with Retail Functions: Collaborate with key retail functions such as Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Marketing to drive business growth.
  • Provide Recommendations: Identify opportunities based on deep data analysis and provide recommendations to improve sales and margin.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Drive supply-chain operational excellence by reducing costs, defects, lead times, and by managing stock in our fulfillment center.
  • Improve Customer Experience: Plan and implement promotional activities and improve the customer journey on Amazon through enhanced content on detail pages.
