About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Technical Consultant, you will serve as the primary customer interface for technical expertise in launching, integrating, and managing commercial card payment processing.

You will ensure seamless collaboration between clients and delivery teams, validating technical requirements and removing delivery blockers. Additionally, you will support sales growth by leveraging product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell solutions, aligning client needs with our processing platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding of the technical aspects of processing platform deployment, architecture, and connectivity to customer core systems.
  • Prepare and manage technical workshops with prospect customers, provide solution demos and training, and handle technical queries.
  • Prepare technical write-ups, SOWs, proposals, and presentations.
  • Provide overview of our core processing platform, middleware, and API integration options to prospects.
  • Gather requirements and analyze to tailor solutions, collaborating with the Commercial Product Manager at our headquarters for enhancements.
  • Lead knowledge sharing sessions and training for local sales teams to keep them updated on solutions and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead technical responses to RFIs and RFPs, providing domain knowledge to ensure relevant solutions are packaged.
  • Convert pipeline into sales, with success measured against revenue targets.
  • Contribute to sales strategies by evaluating product/service results, identifying needs, monitoring competitors, and analyzing customer reactions.
  • Establish effective relationships with all internal units.
