Job Description

The Internal Audit Lead Expert will oversee the implementation of operational plans and provide significant improvements to set policies, procedures, standards, and reports. This role involves developing internal audit guidelines, methodologies, and annual audit plans, assessing required audit resources, and supervising related interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop internal audit guidelines and methodologies in line with QA guidelines and international standards.
  • Assess required audit resources against current capabilities and identify cooperation needs with external auditors.
  • Create an annual audit plan specifying functions subject to audits, frequency, and schedule based on resource availability and targeted risks.
  • Conduct opening meetings with function focal points to confirm audit objectives, scope, and methodology.
  • Lead internal audit interventions by reviewing documents, records, systems, and practices.
  • Review improvement status based on previous audit findings.
  • Develop audit reports highlighting findings, key points discussed, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as requested and train junior staff on job activities.
