Job Title: Senior Procurement Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team at NEOM. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the procurement of low to high complexity financial services packages, providing commercial leadership in project teams, and developing and executing creative strategies to ensure work is conducted with rigorous professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Management: Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract negotiations, to ensure that procurement needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Contracting Strategies: Develop and execute contracting strategies to ensure that contracts are awarded to the best value for NEOM.
  • Tender Evaluation: Evaluate tenders and make recommendations for award to the Procurement Manager.
  • Contract Administration: Provide advice on all contractual issues during the complete life cycle of the contract until it closes out.
  • Supplier Management: Foster relationships with suppliers to ensure that procurement needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a business partner with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or similar, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management degree.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of procurement experience within the Investment Management (IM) and/or Financial Services (FS) industry.
  • Qualifications: Procurement Qualification (Preferred) (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, SPM, CIPS, equivalent or relevant Masters).

Language:

Fluency in English is required. Arabic is advantageous but not essential.
