Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the reservations team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Design and execute plans to boost occupancy rates, drive revenue growth, and enhance guest experiences
  • Collaborate with other departments to establish and maintain reservation policies, procedures, and standards
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and guest behavior to inform pricing and promotional decisions
  • Manage and maintain accurate and efficient reservation systems, handling complex inquiries and resolving customer complaints
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators, including occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction

Essential Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within hotel reservations or a comparable hospitality environment
