About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the real estate field, with at least 5 years of experience. A Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or a related field is required. The successful candidate must possess excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, as well as strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and grow revenue streams.
  • Mentor and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and upselling/cross-selling strategies.
  • Plan and direct sales team training programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Set individual and monthly sales targets for the sales teams and track progress.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by delivering sales from both personal and group accounts.
  • Source new leads and prospects to meet quarterly sales production review parameters.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with recruiting, developing, and training new sellers.
  • Conduct regular site viewings/trips and monitor team performance to motivate them to achieve targets.
  • Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and report findings to senior management.
  • Ensure the sales team has necessary resources to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor and control expenses to stay within budget.
  • Motivate team members to achieve team and individual targets by tracking and maintaining records of team sales, payments, and account reviews.
