Job Description:At Automotive Distribution & Marketing Company Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Refinisher to join our team. As a key member of our body shop, you will be responsible for refinishing damaged body parts and vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain all body shop equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing rust, grease, and dirt.
- Mask and protect areas not to be painted or coated.
- Fills cavities and dents with putty to achieve a smooth surface.
- Mix paint according to specifications and apply the correct coating liquid to produce the desired color.
- Inspect painted units for quality of workmanship and address any issues.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Comply with laws and regulations regarding hazardous materials and report any deviations to management.
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive refinishing and repair.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
