Responsibilities

  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting operations, handling regulatory issues and providing guidance on compliance efforts;
  • Conduct legal audits and assessments to identify compliance issues, working with relevant departments to implement necessary changes;
  • Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to minimise exposure and promote compliance;
  • Maintain organised legal records and documentation;
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on legal matters and key risks.
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of post-qualification experience;
  • Relevant technical expertise in private practice or in-house in a similar role;
  • Familiarity with the legal system of KSA, with local experience preferred;
  • Proven background in commercial law;
  • Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts;
  • Familiarity with dispute resolution processes, including litigation and arbitration.
