Ctelecoms (Consolidated Telecoms) is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Enterprise-level accounts, driving digital transformation strategies, and delivering impactful business outcomes through Microsoft technologies.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account strategies, cultivating strong client relationships, and understanding business objectives to align Microsoft Cloud solutions with client needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with executive stakeholders to drive solution adoption, maximize revenue opportunities, and deliver seamless customer experiences.

You will focus on establishing and nurturing high-level, long-term relationships with clients, working closely with the Microsoft Saudi Enterprise Team to position Microsoft Cloud solutions as critical components of their digital transformation strategies. You will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue growth, lead contract negotiations, and ensure favorable terms for both clients and the company.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, such as presales, solution architects, project managers, and technical engineers, to provide a seamless end-to-end customer experience. You will also collaborate with Ctelecoms finance, legal, and procurement teams to ensure all client dealings and contracts are in alignment with internal processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute tailored account strategies to drive revenue growth for Microsoft Cloud solutions within assigned Enterprise accounts.
  2. Build and maintain influential relationships with C-suite executives, IT leaders, and key decision-makers to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives and strategic priorities.
  3. Align Microsoft Cloud solutions to address their evolving needs, driving transformation and innovation.
  4. Understand client business goals, challenges, and priorities, ensuring Microsoft Cloud solutions align with their evolving needs.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for high-level client engagements, addressing inquiries, managing escalations, and ensuring a seamless experience that results in strong customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Lead clients in their digital transformation journeys by advising them on how Microsoft Cloud solutions can optimize their operations, increase agility, and enhance business efficiency.
  7. Provide regular forecasts, reports, and updates on account performance, pipeline development, and revenue growth to internal leadership teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years in enterprise-level account management, with demonstrated success in managing complex, high-value accounts in the cloud computing space.
  • Experience in driving digital transformation strategies with Microsoft Cloud solutions is essential.
  • Proven experience managing large, enterprise-level accounts, with a focus on digital transformation and technology adoption strategies.
