We are seeking a highly skilled Global Entertainment Strategy Lead to support the development and execution of our entertainment strategy.

The successful candidate will oversee the design and early development stage of new entertainment assets, ensuring alignment with our entertainment offering and financial targets.

  • Develop and lead analysis and research on entertainment asset benchmarks and strategic topics to support robust decision making.
  • Manage contracted consultants, IP licensors, and other third parties to ensure insights and recommendations align with our overall vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop entertainment concepts to be integrated in our entertainment strategy
  • Research and deliver new entertainment concepts to meet Qiddiya's entertainment ambitions
  • Establish and monitor key assets' KPIs covering development, business, financial and operational plans
  • Develop initial go-live strategies and provide implementation support to other functions within Qiddiya
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in the Strategy field
