Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and present data-driven recruitment insights to inform strategic hiring decisions.

  4. Develop a comprehensive hiring framework that encompasses all stages of the recruitment process, from initial preparation to onboarding, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Craft clear and concise job descriptions for posting on relevant online and offline channels, highlighting essential skills and qualifications.
  6. Design and distribute essential recruitment materials, including job postings, to effectively communicate with potential candidates.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams through effective communication and brainstorming sessions.
  2. Proven track record of addressing talent gaps within the organization by meeting business demands, driving growth and innovation.
  3. Expedient interview and selection processes to identify suitable candidates within tight deadlines, ensuring timely decision-making.
  4. Proven experience as a Recruiter with a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  5. Ability to design and execute candidate selection rounds aligned with top management's input, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  6. A dynamic HR professional skilled in evaluating and selecting top candidates, leveraging industry expertise and best practices.
