  1. Research Planning: Support the development of Zakat research plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with ZATCA priorities.
  2. Research Prioritization: Consolidate and review public and committee research requests, prioritizing them based on urgency and complexity.
  3. Communication: Apply communication methods to ensure optimal workflows between research personnel and key stakeholders.
  4. Data Collaboration: Assess the need to collaborate with external data sources and establish a list of prospective data sources.
  5. Research Conduct: Conduct applied research and analysis in selected domains, performing specific legal accounting studies related to Zakat calculations.
  6. Reporting: Develop reports highlighting study findings to be presented to key stakeholders.
  7. Representation: Represent the agency in business meetings with other authority sectors or government agencies.

Organization and Operations

  1. Policies and Procedures: Follow all relevant policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  2. Problem-Solving: Help solve escalated problems and provide support for junior team members.
  3. Complex Problems: Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed properly.
  4. Additional Duties: Perform other duties as requested.

People Management

  1. Training and Development: Train junior staff on job activities to ensure transfer of know-how.
  2. Direction and Delegation: Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of subordinates/junior staff.
  3. Support and Guidance: Support junior staff or direct reports in executing their duties according to set policies and processes.
