Job Title: Sales Manager, Asia RegionNEOM is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Asia Region sales efforts. As a key member of our Manufacturing Ecosystem Development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Asia Region, aligned with NEOM's overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing Ecosystem Development, Investor Services, and Advanced Manufacturing & Innovation, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
- Proven sales leadership experience in a similar industry or region.
- Strong understanding of the Asia Region market, including key players, trends, and challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
