The Senior Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis and strategic insight to management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the OTC Cycle, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
- Oversee AR accounting, overdue, and collection process to ensure efficient and timely resolution.
- Manage branches accounting, monthly/quarterly closing process to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and implement standardized processes across all branches, aligning with company policies and unifying ways of working.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for financial improvement.
- Coordinate closely with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA/ACCA qualification preferred.
- Strong understanding of IFRS standards and local regulatory financial reporting requirements in KSA.
- Extensive knowledge of financial management, commercial analysis, and local regulatory environment in KSA.
- Managing a diverse team with different grades.
- Previous experience in different departments within the finance function.
