We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, providing administrative and logistical support to senior-level executives. They will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations, and handling incoming and outgoing communications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the leadership team's calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

* Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
* Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, including venue booking and travel arrangements.

Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting high-profile or senior-level executives.
* Proficiency in email management and Microsoft Office applications; experience in the communication industry is a plus.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening and interpersonal savvy.
* Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with sound decision-making under pressure.
* A proactive approach, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and a positive attitude.
* Professionalism, discretion, reliability, and dependability in fulfilling commitments and maintaining confidentiality.
