Cybersecurity Program Leadership

In today's digital landscape, protecting sensitive information and ensuring business continuity are top priorities. As a seasoned cybersecurity professional, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity programs that address evolving threats and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to mitigate risks and improve overall cybersecurity posture.
  • Cybersecurity Framework Implementation: Implement industry-leading cybersecurity frameworks to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to achieve cybersecurity goals and objectives.
  • Cybersecurity Awareness and Training: Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Master's Degree (Preferred): A master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Professional Certifications (Preferred):

  • Relevant Certification: Relevant certifications in technology security (CISSP, CAP, SSCP, (ISC)2, CCFP, CISM, etc.) are preferred.

Experience:

5+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity program development and implementation.

Skills:

  • Strategic Planning: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business outcomes.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Cybersecurity Framework Implementation: Experience implementing industry-leading cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Cybersecurity Awareness and Training: Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
