Job Summary

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Banquet Supervisor to oversee the set-up and clean-up of food and beverage during banquet functions. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and financial profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Supervise the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Event Planning: Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of all banquet functions, including breakfast, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
  • Guest Relations: Greet and welcome client representatives and guests, responding to requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Department Meetings: Participate in and lead department meetings to discuss event details, guest feedback, and team performance.
  • Financial Management: Process banquet checks accurately and efficiently for payment.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Alcoholic Beverage Service: Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, and company regulations.
Requirements
  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-standard customer service.
  • Administration and Organization: Possess strong administration and organization skills to manage multiple events and tasks.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests, clients, and team members.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hotel Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Similar Function Experience: Experience in a similar function or role, such as a banquet coordinator or event manager.
