About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned HSE professional to join our team as a Senior Health Safety and Environmental Manager. You will lead the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop Safety Strategies: Collaborate with our teams to develop and implement effective safety strategies, reducing the risk of workplace accidents and injuries.
- Conduct Safety Audits: Regularly conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Lead Training Programs: Design and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels, promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate workplace incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- NEBOSH or equivalent certification.
- At least 7+ years of experience in HSE management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
