Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an annual calendar for BoT and committee meetings, aligning with governance charters.
  • Track and follow up on delegations issued by the BoT and committees, ensuring adherence to the legal governance framework.
  • Provide administrative support for governance-related activities, including record-keeping and document management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate governance, board operations, or a similar secretariat role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a high level of confidentiality.
