Job Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Anesthesia Consultant to join our prestigious hospital in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for leading anesthesia services with precision, managing diverse and complex cases, and contributing your expertise to ensure exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality anesthesiology care to patients.
  • Offer consultative services as requested.
  • Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents.
  • Participate in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in your area of expertise.
  • Participate in committees and other administrative functions as needed.

Qualifications
  • Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
  • Completion of required period of training in anesthesia and/or subspecialty.
  • Saudi Arab or American/European Board Certification or equivalent.
  • Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required.

Requirements
  • Min. 3-4 years post-board/fellowship in specialty.
  • A registered member of the Saudi Board Council.

Language Proficiency
Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
