Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring plants are operating and maintained in optimal conditions, providing chilled water at design conditions in a continuous, safe, and efficient manner with all equipment and controls functioning at peak performance.

Responsibilities
  • Monitors equipment performance and makes adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal operation.
  • Collaborates with technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plant operations.
  • Coordinates maintenance activities to prevent equipment downtime and ensures compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintains accurate records of plant operations and provides regular status reports to supervisors.
  • Ensures data is collected, stored, and transferred accurately to support WERA requirements.
Requirements
  • Certificate/ITI/Diploma (Air conditioning, Operation Skill,) or relevant field.
  • Total of 2-5 years of experience in the Relevant Industry, out of which 2 years at an Operator level.
  • Basic engineering skills, experience in SCADA system, good knowledge in Safety standards, and knowledge in HVAC systems and equipment such as Chillers, cooling tower and pumps etc.
