**The Ideal Candidate**

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Finance Consultant to join our team at 2P Perfect Presentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and technology, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial system issues and propose comprehensive solutions; prepare solutions in a test environment before migrating to the live system upon approval from authorized personnel.
  • Actively participate in all phases of the implementation cycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
  • Align technical solutions with business strategies by collaborating closely with relevant departments and senior management.
  • Continuously update and document financial procedures to implement best practices while ensuring all relevant system services are activated for business operations and minimizing system modifications.
  • Review, develop, and enhance current financial procedures; assist business users in mapping processes and re-engineering workflows for various Oracle modules using a standardized implementation methodology, including the development and publication of report specifications.
  • Conduct reviews of changes to the system, implement corrective measures, and utilize core system procedures as much as possible.
  • Provide updated user manuals for all financial processes; conduct training for end-users as necessary.
  • Transfer knowledge to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team within Health Affairs of the National Guard.
  • Analyze and apply solutions for new financial procedures; implement and adapt systems for new business units.
  • Manage, develop, integrate, and implement relevant application components, including front-end and server-side development as well as database integration.
  • Assist in reviewing requests and identifying needs for the development or revision of current application implementations.
  • Collaborate on electronic integration projects with internal systems and external entities, determining the mechanisms and requirements in coordination with the technical team.
  • Provide technical and advisory support regarding financial procedures on the Oracle system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from a recognized educational institution.
  • Oracle certification in the relevant field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role as an Oracle Finance Consultant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Oracle financial systems and applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
