Main Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and submit comprehensive PQ and TECHNICAL PROPOSALS for infrastructure tenders.
  2. Maintain close relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute successful proposal submissions.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve proposal quality and submission efficiency.

Requirements

  1. Degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying or commercial management.
  2. 15+ years of experience in infrastructure projects.
  3. 7+ years of experience in infrastructure project tenders.
  4. Advanced proficiency in English.
  5. At least 5 years of experience in the Middle East regions.
  6. Proficient in MS Office and other necessary programs.
  7. Expertise in PQ preparation.
  8. Possesses analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  9. Team-oriented, with strong communication and representation skills.
