  • Digital Transformation & IT Governance: Strong background in COBIT, ITIL, CMMI, ISO frameworks.
  • Process Optimization & Automation: Expertise in business process automation and system integration.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Familiarity with SAMA, Basel II/III, and global banking regulations.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Strong experience in handling banking software vendors and contract negotiations.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and regulators.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • PMP, ITIL, COBIT, CISA, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications (Preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management within the banking sector.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English (Preferred).
