At Trafalgar, we are seeking an exceptional Luxury Retail Director to lead our team of sales professionals. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective management of our sales force.

Sales Performance Management

The Luxury Retail Director will utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and optimize performance. This includes providing actionable sales analytics, setting SMART Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and reporting on employee progress.

Customer Service Excellence

You will deliver exceptional customer service that embodies the luxury and fashion standards synonymous with Trafalgar. Achieve this by addressing customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, while fostering strong relationships with VIP clients to meet their evolving needs.

Inventory Management

The Luxury Retail Director will oversee inventory management processes to ensure seamless stock levels, aligning merchandise with organizational, brand, and visual merchandising guidelines. Monitor product trends and make informed decisions to maximize sales opportunities.

Staff Development and Growth

You will support the recruitment, training, and growth of staff members by leveraging expertise in leadership and team development. Foster an environment where key personnel can thrive, driving business success through enhanced talent.

Marketing and Events Strategy

The Luxury Retail Director will collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategies that elevate brand awareness and drive engagement across all platforms, including social media, omnichannel experiences, and local events. Develop comprehensive marketing plans that highlight Trafalgar's unique value proposition and drive business results.

Trend Awareness and Industry Expertise

You will stay abreast of luxury market trends and developments, attending relevant trade shows and events to stay informed. Educate the team on product knowledge, including materials, care instructions, and brand history to enhance customer understanding and loyalty.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possess a University Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrate proven experience as a Retail Manager within the Watches, Jewelry, and luxury sectors, with a strong background in Fashion being a significant advantage.
  • Showcase exceptional leadership skills, inspiring teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of the luxury market and customer service excellence.
  • Possess the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and demonstrate expertise in inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
