Job Summary

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Banquet Supervisor to join our team. As a Banquet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the set-up and clean-up of food and beverage during banquet functions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Food and Beverage Service: Supervise food and beverage service throughout banquet functions to ensure quality service and product quality.
  2. Event Planning: Assist with the planning, organizing and execution of all banquet functions, including breakfast, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
  3. Guest Relations: Greet and welcome client representatives and guests, responding to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  4. Department Meetings: Participate in and lead department meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Financial Transactions: Process banquet checks accurately and efficiently for payment.
  6. Guest Satisfaction: Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
  7. Alcoholic Beverage Service: Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
Requirements
  1. Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to delivering high standard customer service.
  2. Administration and Organization: Possess strong administration and organization skills to ensure efficient event planning and execution.
  3. Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, guests, and team members.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Hotel Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  2. Similar Function Experience: Experience in a similar function or role.
