Power Systems Software Engineer

As a member of our team, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary group responsible for creating cutting-edge applications for Energy Management Systems (EMS). Your primary goal will be to design, develop, and test software applications that enable efficient real-time monitoring of complex transmission networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create advanced software applications for the power systems industry.
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop software designs that meet their needs.
  • Develop product documentation for software applications.
  • Design theoretical algorithms and implement them in software applications.
  • Conduct testing, including unit and algorithm proof testing.

Our ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. A minimum of one year of job-specific experience in the power systems domain is required. Proficiency with analytical tools such as MATLAB, PSLF, CYME, PowerWorld, or similar tools is essential. Exposure to Transient Switching studies using EMTP/EMTDC/PSCAD or equivalent software is also beneficial.
