Job Summary:

Rua Al Madinah Holding is seeking a highly skilled HSSE Lead to translate the company's HSSE strategy into operational business plans for the HSSE department. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the performance and execution of these plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the company's strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation of the annual business plan and targets, and execute the strategic agenda of the Health, Safety and Environment function to deliver our vision and mission.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of RUA's HSSE Management system and HSSE requirements in respective programs.
  • Advise and provide technical support to the RUA team on all HSSE matters and reviews.
  • Deliver HSE training and awareness, advise RUA on statutory training requirements and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HSSE Plans and emergency response plans that comply with RUA policies and procedures as well as local requirements on site.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Health & Safety, or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, out of which 1-2 years in KSA experience.
