Position Overview

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Hotel Maintenance Technician. We are looking for a skilled professional to maintain, repair, and install kitchen and laundry equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure proactive maintenance strategies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and procurement of spare parts.
  • Follow Accor's energy conservation policies by optimizing equipment performance.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to minimize disruptions during operations.

Operational Efficiency & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure that all kitchen and laundry equipment operates efficiently and safely, in compliance with local safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Replace or repair faulty parts, such as motors, heating elements, bearings, and belts.
  • Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and service reports.
  • Inspect and diagnose faults in electrical, mechanical, and operated kitchen and laundry equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in kitchen and laundry equipment maintenance within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment brands (Rational, Electrolux, Hobart, etc.).
  • Understanding of electrical wiring and HVAC systems related to kitchen and laundry operations.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in hotel engineering maintenance.
