Job Description:
This role involves leading the development of innovative transportation systems, ensuring seamless integration of traffic streams, and addressing bottlenecks in urban environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transport planning, micro-mobility, and road hierarchy, as well as excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth and improve KPIs.
- Collaborate effectively with master planners and designers to deliver exceptional results.
- Manage deliverables, challenge assumptions, and provide strategic direction.
- Promote innovation as a key performance indicator (KPI).
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transport, or equivalent, along with 10-15 years of experience in mobility. Experience with challenging topography is essential, particularly in regions with complex terrain like valleys and hills.
