Job Description:

As a key member of the Wolffkran team, you will play a vital role in managing the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations. This includes ensuring timely reconciliation and reporting of all financial statements, preparing financial analyses for senior management, and maintaining fiscal records.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Transaction Processing: Ensure accurate and timely recording of day-to-day transactions such as accounts payable, cash receipts, and accounts receivable.
  2. Month-End Close: Perform timely and accurate month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring that accounting schedules are updated and accurate.
  3. Revenue and Expense Recognition: Ensure proper revenue and expense recognition in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
  4. Cash and Investment Management: Monitor cash and investment balances and perform cash flow forecasting.
  5. Compliance: Ensure all finance and accounting operations comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
  6. Departmental Budgeting: Assist the Board Members and CFO in developing and monitoring departmental, project, and organizational budget.
  7. Fiscal Year-End Close: Perform fiscal year-end close activities and assist with requirements of external auditors.
  8. Communication: Communicate regularly with the MD & CFO.
  9. Process Improvement: Continually seek and implement opportunities to streamline and improve finance and accounting operations through technology.
  10. Tax Compliance: Manage all types of tax to meet country regulations.
