Key Responsibilities:

  • Design of reinforced concrete and steel structures using advanced design software.
  • Prepare detailed structural design calculations in compliance with the Saudi Building Code and local regulations.
  • Develop and analyze structural solutions for civil and architectural works.
  • Review construction drawings to ensure alignment with approved designs.
  • Conduct load analysis studies and select appropriate structural materials and systems.
  • Supervise and inspect completed structural works to ensure they meet required specifications.
  • Participate in the preparation of cost estimates and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Monitor on-site activities and supervise the implementation of structural designs as per specifications and schedules.
  • Coordinate with other engineering teams to ensure proper integration between design and execution.
  • Travel periodically to project sites to provide technical support and ensure work progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural design of concrete and steel structures.
  • Full knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and local construction regulations.
  • Proficiency in structural design software.
  • Experience in preparing cost estimates and BOQs.
  • Strong skills in writing technical reports and delivering presentations.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites as needed.
