Sales Growth Manager

Purpose:
This position is responsible for driving business development within the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee sales processes, collaborate with executives and management teams, engage with potential partners, maintain existing client relationships, and stay up-to-date on market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovate and lead the sales process to attract new clients, identify opportunities in new and existing markets, and develop customized proposals to meet clients' specific needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, offer solutions, and create tailored strategies to satisfy their business needs.
- Build long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients through excellent customer service, regular follow-ups, and trusted partnerships with key decision-makers.
- Manage the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation, coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, and ensure timely project delivery with client feedback and modifications.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client projects, updating information frequently and coordinating with relevant parties.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic or English.
- Proven experience working in creative agencies, advertising agencies, printing presses, designing firms, or similar industries.
- Excellent business development, customer service, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
