This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will also have experience in photography and shoot production, as well as knowledge of image licensing and copyright law.

  1. Ensure consistency in visual quality and branding across all images, adhering to the Oliver Wyman Brand Guidelines.
  2. Analyse creative briefs to understand project needs and develop innovative image concepts.
  3. Sources high-quality visuals that embody and amplify the Oliver Wyman brand for diverse projects.
  4. Maintain organisation and detail orientation, delivering multiple projects concurrently while planning and prioritising tasks strategically.

Requirements and Skills:

  • International experience as a photo editor/researcher; studio/event photography experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, responding creatively to stakeholder briefs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to act on feedback and find solutions.
  • Creative mind with an eye for great images, elevated aesthetic, and storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, extensive knowledge of photography trends and sources, agencies.
  • Strong understanding of image licensing and copyright law, permissions, and potential legal implications.
