We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a GCC Capital Coverage Lead. As a key member of our Global Distribution and Capital Coverage team, you will be responsible for leading coverage for the GCC region and ensuring effective distribution of relevant JLL product across both the direct and indirect space.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the GCC capital markets and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers. They will be responsible for identifying and understanding the needs of GCC capital sources and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the GCC region, including SWF's, Financial Institutions, Syndicators, Private Wealth and other capital sources.
  • Work closely with JLL's market, sector and product leads in the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific regions to ensure effective and proactive distribution of relevant JLL product across both the direct and indirect space (including Funds Placement).
  • Maintain a strong understanding of global real estate market dynamics as well as JLL's priority Investment Sales, Real Estate Investment Banking and Funds Placement mandates.
  • Identify and understand the needs of GCC capital sources and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Assist in originating revenue generating opportunities from GCC capital groups for Capital Markets as well as cross-selling to JLL's other business lines.
