The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of project expenditure and time scheduling, as well as performing and monitoring project activity scheduling and verifying for developed actions.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of project expenditure and time scheduling.
- Perform and monitor project activity scheduling and verifying for developed actions.
- Coordinate with the project management team to resolve project issues and ensure delivery/completion of the project work.
- Prepare monthly vessel movement reports and register downtime, consumptions, and vessel-related issues promptly to the project manager and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance.
- Senior: 5+ years of relevant experience in construction projects planning & control.
- Engineer: 3+ years of relevant experience in construction projects planning & control.
- PMP Certificate preferable. CMA or any financial certificates.
