The Role

  1. We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Strategic Real Estate Advisor to join our Strategy and Consulting team in the Real Estate Strategy and Consultancy service line.
  2. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for undertaking research, providing market-driven advice, and delivering high-quality results to our clients.
  3. You will work closely with sub-consultants and other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  4. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will enable you to effectively communicate with stakeholders and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform business decisions.
  • Develop financial models using Excel and other business query tools.
  • Liaise with internal departments to coordinate report inputs and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate sector, preferably with a consultancy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Clear and logical thinker with well-developed report writing and financial modelling skills.
