Job Description

Leverage your expertise in investment management and real estate development to drive business growth with Rawaj - Human Capital Management. As a Chief Investment Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic investment plans that maximize returns and minimize risks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive investment strategies aligned with the company's objectives, focusing on selecting, managing, and monitoring investment portfolios to optimize financial performance.
  • Lead the creation of feasibility models for large-scale projects, ensuring thorough analysis and consideration of market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to the investment committee on various stage-gate submissions, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with project development teams to enhance project efficiency and cost optimization, resulting in improved financial outcomes.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification or equivalent professional investment certification.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in investment management or related fields, with a proven track record in managing investment portfolios and real estate development projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial modeling, feasibility studies, and capital structure analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders and investors.
