Medical Advisor

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced Medical Advisor - Hematology to join our team at Avenues Resources Consultants. As a key advisor, you will provide expert guidance and support to our medical staff, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on complex cases involving hematological disorders.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for hematology services.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide education and training to junior staff members and residents.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

A strong background in hematology, with a bachelor's degree from a recognized medical school.

At least ten years of clinical experience in a reputable hospital or institution.

A registered member of the Saudi Board Council (essential).
