Job Description:

We seek an experienced Sales Manager-Events to lead our sales efforts in delivering immersive and impactful events for government, corporate, and individual clients.

The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, manage supplier interactions, and ensure the successful execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Saudi market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure event components are delivered on time and to specifications.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in the events management industry, specifically within the Saudi market.
  • Strong operational capability to manage supplier relationships and event execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations and manage multiple aspects of event planning and execution.
