Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our reinsurance business in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Direct the Finance function across all WTW locations, ensuring full compliance with legal and statutory reporting requirements.
  2. Support the establishment of new broking operations, including set-up and initial administration of Finance processes.
  3. Establish a strong internal control environment, including controls for banking, payments, financial reporting, and other key processes.
  4. Provide regular financial reporting to WTW International and stakeholders on business progress.
  5. Ongoing review and challenge of strategic business plans to grow the business and monitor performance against these plans.
  6. Support and manage change across the business through identification and recommendation of improvements to efficiency and profitability.
  7. Manage accounts receivable collections process and required reporting.
  8. Provide timely and accurate financial information to support senior management decisions.
  9. Manage USGAAP adjustments and reporting requirements for internal WTW reporting.
  10. Oversee annual budgeting and forecasting process for the country, supporting both business and corporate functions.
  11. Review and control company balance sheet and cash flow.
  12. Efficient tax planning, reporting, and filing under guidance of the WTW Tax Team.
