About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to fill the position of Technical Solutions Expert. As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical support across various platforms, including computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • User account establishment and assistance with password or login issues.
  • Resolution of software, hardware, and network problems.
  • Training colleagues on technical issues and providing step-by-step solutions.
  • Analysis of records and logs to identify trends and potential issues with IT scheduled activities.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
  • Prompt response to service requests and issues.
  • Providing technical support across the organization.
  • User account setup and management.
  • Equipment repair and replacement as necessary.
  • Testing and implementation of new technology, solutions, or applications.

Education Requirements:

A Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or equivalent degree is required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
  • MCSA, higher certificate, or equivalent certification.
  • Avaya Aura Call Center Administration & Configuration.
  • VMWare vSphere ESXi and vCenter Administration.
  • English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in engineering or related fields would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in networking and system fields.
  • Knowledge of various software, hardware, and applications.
  • Problem-solving skills and project completion.
  • Analytical skills to study problems and records.
  • Team-oriented attitude to assist colleagues with technical issues.
  • Interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Prioritization of tasks and time management.
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility with changing priorities and polite communication skills.
